My passion for Italian cars began nearly four decades ago with Alfa Romeo, a marque (coincidentally) that Enzo Ferrari knew well. “I still have, for Alfa, the tenderness of a first love,” Ferrari once remarked.
After purchasing my Alfa, I had difficulty in finding a shop that met my expectations, so a friend and I started “Just Alfas,” a facility that catered exclusively to owners of this marque. We quickly learned that the bedrock of good service is relationships: treat your clients honestly and fairly and they’ll become customers for life. The key is communications: keep the customer apprised of what’s being done, and why, and trust naturally follows.
